Head Office Accounting Manager

Our client is a leading technology manufacturer based in Windsor with operations across the globe and is a public company listed on the London Stock Exchange. The business has a small yet established team based at their Head Office and they are seeking to further expand the team by taking on an experienced Accounting Manager.
The Role:
Working within this corporate environment, you will manage and oversee all elements of Head Office Accounting and to ensure that all costs are managed within agreed budgets. You will manage 2 individuals, who have experience of purchase and sales ledgers, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of a high quality accounting service to both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
Management of Head Office Accounting to ensure accurate submission of Group Returns including the preparation of forecasts and budgets whilst controlling costs within agreed forecasts.
Oversee all tax returns and payments ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation such as Tax, VAT, P11Ds, NI, P60/P35s etc.
Skills Required:
Strong experience of Head Office Accounting within a Group environment, ideally from a corporate background.
Previous team management experience and comfortable motivating and developing staff.
Project management experience.
Highly knowledgeable in managing VAT and PAYE reporting related issues.
Bookkeeping and cashiering.
Degree qualified desirable.
You will be comfortable working in a fairly autonomous role, be detailed/solutions focused and have good systems knowledge.
