Business Development Manager - Outsourced construction solutions

Business Development Manager required to sell a construction solution sell. With a proven track record in providing a consultative sell to senior points of contact, this role is ideal for an experienced sales professional or recruiter looking for training and career development. In addition this exciting new role may suit a professional from the construction industry looking to diversify their role.



As a group this business is committed to offering award winning products and services that meet the needs of our customers and business partners. Their primary market is the UK Recruitment Industry, and since 1989 they have been developing products and services that offer professional and compliant solutions to temporary workers and their recruitment companies.



Owing to recent success they launched a new division 24 months ago and need to recruit a new member to their growing sales team. The business will specifically target the construction industry offering financial outsourced solutions to business professionals in the industry. Targeting blue chip corporate through to architects, project managers and civil engineers you will provide a solution sell looking at ways to minimalise client costs and maximize profit for the business.



The Role

Playing a pivotal part in launching a new business and generating activity whilst having the support and resources of a large group

Build relationships with client businesses and agencies in order to obtain regular referrals

Liaising with sales support to ensure referrals convert to business

Selling to board level, being able to research and identify key target clients and instigate relationships at a senior level
