Our client is looking for experienced Collections Executives, to work as a part of a busy friendly team within the Finance division of a global Company based in prestigious offices near Slough, Berkshire. 



You will be responsible for chasing outstanding debts at an early stage of arrears by telephone. Key responsibilities will include ensuring customers pay to agreed terms to maximise monthly cash collections against targets set, whilst minimising the risk of bad debt and to resolve all customer queries in a timely manner.



Main Responsibilities:

Key Focus of clearing accounts that are in early stages of arrears through telephone and letter techniques

Collecting outstanding repayments and reducing overall debt in accordance with specific targets set.

Responding to incoming calls and achieving targeted amount of outbound customer contact



Qualifications, skills and experience required:

Experience in collecting outstanding debts from consumers

Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

IT Literate

Ability to communicate effectively to all types of customers

Team player with ability to work on own initiative
