PA to HR Director

This role will primarily Support the HR Director and Organisational and Development Director, both of whom are based in European offices. The role will be providing diary management support, meeting co-ordination, travel management, presentation development support and other special projects as needed to support the team. This role should appeal to an individual who enjoys working in a fast moving environment and has strong attention to detail.

 


Responsibilities


Diary management and full ownership of diaries for Directors. Diary management for team as requested.

Travel co-ordination for the Directors and team as requested

Meeting co-ordination including AV equipment, room layout, meals & refreshments

PowerPoint support as required either for management presentations or large audience shows

Manage and co-ordinate sampling needs

Engage in special projects to support the directors or team as needed

Preparation and organisation of presentations on PowerPoint

Deal with all routine correspondence and draft responses

Provide full telephone and administrative support

Administer departmental and holiday records, sickness etc

Manage expenses where necessary General Admin and organisational



Profile of Candidate



Previous experience essential of the management of diaries for several people (through Outlook and personal interface) to eliminate clashes and ensure effective use of everyone's time

Manage activities to agreed budgets

Co-ordinate successful meetings

Manage projects through to successful completion

Flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing environment

Ability to work on own initiative, attention to detail

Ability to work to tight deadlines

Ability to work with integrity

Strong computer skills on Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, File Management, and other internal systems to process invoices and order samples
