Your role will involve

Partnering with the regional team providing outstanding HR support

Dealing with TUPE, ER issues, legal guidance to line management team, equal opportunities, recruitment support

Undertaking phone interviews and coordinating final stage interviews

Attending and advising on disciplinaires and grievances

Preparing and implementing the yearly training plan

Ensuring all information is up to date on the HR system



Skills needed

Want to attitude combined with HR exposure

Desire to work a large geographical area

Knowledge of current employment law

Excellent communication skills

CPP qualified or working towards

Able to develop strong working relationships with management team

Able to communicate with a range of audiences
