With some exposure to the world of training or Learning and Development this role will elevate you into being a training and L&D specialist. Excellent training is on hand for the right candidate with potential to train for further accreditation. Your role will involve

Delivering a range of courses across a set portfolio (to include; induction, first aid, NVQ)

Working with an e-learning portal

Looking at ways to continually improve training across your region

Work with line managers on appraisals and team development

Form partnership relationships with NVQ team

Evaluate additional training needs

Identify external providers of training
