Our client, an established motorcycle manufacturer is looking for results focused experienced Area Managers to represent a given group of countries in Europe. With opportunities spanning Central Europe, Southern Europe and the Emerging markets, these critical roles hold responsibility for contributing towards the Countries overall sale performance. Experience of the European marketplace together with a passion for motorcycles is therefore highly desirable.



Working as an active member of the European Sales Teams you will work together with each market to provide retail, dealer stock and wholesale forecasting for relevant markets in conjunction with daily management of country sales performance and tracking of competitor activity. You will take responsibility for coordinating pricing in line with European Policy and producing sales and supply plan for relevant markets as well as managing motorcycle inventories at agreed levels.



A thorough understanding of distributor and dealer operations is required together with the proven ability to set and achieve ambitious targets and demonstrable leadership and influencing skills. You should be an exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills MS Office and numerical and analytical skills.



Flexibility to travel extensively around your area of responsibility in Europe is essential. Customer focused motorcycle enthusiasts are strongly preferred for these demanding and challenging roles.
