Our client, an established Motorcycle Manufacturer is looking for a results focused and highly driven Senior Product Manager with Motorcycle Product and European Market experience. This senior management role will involve frequent travel throughout Europe and will carry full business accountability for the delivery of commercial objectives of the EMEAR region and product plan.

You will have experience of operating at a senior level with both strategic and operational accountability. This demanding role will involve you having a comprehensive understanding of the direction and effect of European legislation and delivery of a complete product plan to achieve overall commercial objectives. You will take responsibility for competitor product strategies and co ordination of product development whilst leading and managing the product planning team.

We are looking for an inspirational and motivational manager who will strategically coordinate the product development team and lead them forward. You should be an active Motorcycle enthusiast with broad product experience and a genuine passion for the industry together with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. With a proven track record and an ability to challenge substantial change you will be driven to achieve ambitious targets. You will have a strong customer service ethic and an understanding of business finance and market research technique and delivery.
