Individuals with a high interest in delivering top end customer service needed for a successful direct sales business that has recently relocated to the Bracknell area. If you feel you can offer a superior level of support and have a background in customer services or related industries this could be your new role for 2010.


As typical in a recession, the direct sales industry continues to grow from strength to strength and our client is enjoying a high level of success as more people look for ways to boost their income. Working as part of a tight knit friendly team you will provide support and customer service to the businesses self employed consultants on business related queries. This is an excellent opportunity to expand on your customer service experience and work for a thriving business


The role

Provide support to a team of consultants in the UK

Be able to identify solutions to customer queries and provide a prompt response

Build rapport instantly with the consultants and ensure they feel they are being looked after at every stage

Diffuse tricky situations with a calming manner

Work in a small but extremely affable office



Skills needed


Experience in a customer focused role

Ability to work flexible hours as and when required

Desire to give exceptional customer service

Keen to work for a household name
